In FibreCRM, you can request Identification Verification (IDV) codes from clients using either the individual request method or the mass sending functionality. This guide will walk you through both approaches, showing you how to use the pre-configured IDV request template, send it through the client portal, and update your records with the returned data.
Key Notes
CRM Champion: Contact your CRM champion to confirm whether the request goes to the admin, finance, or primary contact by default.
Field Setup: The IDV Code field must be added to your layouts via Studio if it isn’t already there.
Portal Access: Each recipient needs a valid email address and mobile number in the system to access the portal.
