When a new journey is created, a record is created in Sugar’s Calls, Meetings, or Tasks module to represent each activity in the journey. In the Customer Journey panel, a stage’s activities always appear directly below the arrow-shaped column header for the corresponding stage: Activities in a journey may also contain one or more sub-activities.
