Setting Default Values for SmartSearch

Introduction

As an Admin of FibreCRM you have the ability to set default values which will be sent to SmartSearch when an AML Check is conducted. You can set default values for each type of search available. 

Setting Default Values for SmartSearch

To set Default Values for your SmartSearch AML checks first navigate to your username in the top right hand corner and in the dropdown menu select Admin.

Scroll down to the FibreCRM Modules section and select SmartSearch Default Search Settings.

Once selected the first you’ll need to do is select the Search Type you’re going to select the Default Values for. The available searches can selected by using the drop down menu.

You’ll then be able to choose which fields will be the default values for the search. On the screen you’ll see some fields are greyed out, these fields are the minimum required for a SmartSearch check so are not available to toggle on or off.

The rest of fields you can choose whether they are part of the fields automatically ticked to send to SmartSearch when selecting AML Check. To do this use the Tickboxes to select which fields you’d like. Once done click Save.

The fields you have selected will now be already ticked in the pop up when conducting an AML Check once you’ve selected your Search Type.

Fields that aren’t selected as Default Values but are required for a particular search can still be selected using the tick boxes.
